Role Synopsis:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for managing all electrical design, engineering works at the site and office ensuring the technical services are provided properly.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assisting the building construction, renovation, renewal, reconstruction projects.
- Maintaining an appropriate communication among all stakeholders which work on the project.
- Technical review of all project in electrical DWG files.
- Designing electrical installations and controlling the site installations.
- Good follow-up the inspection agenda in buildings.
- Witnessing of testing commissioning works of new upcoming projects.
- Doing inspections and preparing snag lists of upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Update work schedules of ongoing construction projects regularly
- Preparing change requests, nonconformance’s requests (NCR) accordingly.
- Perform or review analysis of changes to determine their impacts on cost, schedule, and quality
- Preparing the design, tender packages of the projects
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and all other general legislation.
Desired background:
- Facility management experience
- Building mechanical knowledge
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering discipline
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, telecommunication, engineering faculties
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, design sector
- Being proficient in English and Russian will be asset
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible in schedule
- Knowledge of MV, emergency power distribution, LV distribution, lighting and related Automation, low current, fire alarm, CCTV, PA, card access, telephone data systems, billing automation system and ability to create a project inspection procedure for them.
- Strong organizational skills
- Working well as part of a bigger team, but also be able to deliver and work independently.
