Role Synopsis: 

Architect is responsible for performing general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, inspections, and prepares related reports for Pasha Development.

Key Accountabilities:  

• Lead the retail, office, residential, hotel and shopping centre renovation/reconstruction projects.
• Technical review of all project in DWG files.
• Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the projects
• Determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs, and fit-out/reconstruction time.
• Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
• Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during fit-out/reconstruction to monitor compliance with plans.
• Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing/commercial department to construction team.
• Researches, plans, designs and administers fit-out/reconstructed projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.

Desired background:  

• Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, BS, IBC, ASME, ISO, IEC, BOMA, RICS etc.
• Good organizing skills, team management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
• Familiarity with MEP works

Required skills:  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or design field
• Good knowledge of speaking and writing in English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Good planning skills
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Good time management skills
• Good knowledge about 3D modelling software.
