T Helpdesk Engineer Requirements:
- Relevant work experience 3-5 years, performing preferably as IT Engineer;
- Languages: Azerbaijan, English, Russian;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting applications and/or ERP systems, while collaborating with other IT teams, 3rd party vendors to resolve issues;
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN technologies, and troubleshooting network devices;
- Configuring VPN for end-user access;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills;
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
IT Helpdesk Engineer Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk Engineer will handle a variety of responsibilities, including installing and configuring applications, and responding to IT support queries to facilitate the resolution of IT issues;
- Install, configure, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems; helps customers install applications and programs;
- Provides technical support to resolve network issues, configuring operating systems, as well as remote desktop connections to provide immediate support to customer end-users;
- Provides mid-level knowledge of IT technology in a productive environment;
- Monitors IT ticketing system and ensures support tickets are addressed and closed in a timely fashion;
- Performs preventative maintenance for clients including server updates, checking backups, anti-virus and application maintenance;
- Hardware support of switch-rooms;
- Support of 3-rd party vendor applications;
- Creating user guides and conducting training for users as required.

- 5/7 working days;
- 09.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch);
- Fixed salary.
