General information:
Sales reps serve as point of contact between SSG and organizations, businesses or government agencies in order to present and sell product or services of SSG. Position have a range of responsibilities including all steps from identifying to acquisition of potential customers as well as increasing revenue from existing clients via upsell of additional volume.
Sales representative requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a sales representative or similar position (IT sector is preferable).
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- IT driven person and knowledge of procurement process.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service and foster positive business relationships is a must!
Sales representative responsibilities:
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Contract signing as a final point of customer acquisition and service sales.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

- 5/7 working days;
- 09.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch);
- Fixed salary.
