Requirements

• A bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar area of study is preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability in Data mining working with large relational databases; strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
• Proficiency in PowerBI (Tableau or similar BI tools) for dashboard creation, BI documentation management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python for data analytics and automation.
• Solid understanding of statistics and business analytics principles.
• Proven experience creating and managing Enterprise level dashboards, or dashboards with various stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex analyses into actionable insights and present them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting business analysis to capture requirements from non-technical partners.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English. Knowledge of Russian is an asset

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Apply advanced statistical and mathematical methods to ensure accurate and meaningful analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with BAs, SMEs and other stakeholders to understand business logic and align analysis with targeted KPIs.
• Extract, transform and load data from different data sources to tools used for analysis and visualization. Use SQL and Python interchangeably to wrangle and clean data effectively.
• Create, manage, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) documents such as reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, Tableau ensuring data is easy to interpret and visualize.
• Support junior analysts with challenges related to SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools, offering mentorship when needed.
• Present data findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, ensuring insights drive strategic decisions.

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years of professional experience, 3+ years of experience in large set (bank, telecom, retail company, statistic, market data, tax, government, exp in satisfied in different requirements with data
• Didn’t ask stupid questions 
• Age profile:.max 30 years

• Willingness to coach, share learning
• Good listening skills, good empathy skills
