Key Responsibilities

• To plan and confirm budget, human resources, concept of event for customers and stakeholders, search for locations for event, order of gifts and materials, coordination of event, preparation of questionnaires for the customers, control for filling questionnaires by customers, report on event
• To plan budget, order and control of availability on stock necessary materials (brochures, leaflets, news send-out, greetings, advertisement and publications, invitations, give-away, souvenirs, post cards, calendars, banners, booths etc.), to plan and control sending to the customers
• Preparation of presentations on marketing events and reports (plan of event, status, budget, survey of event results etc.) according to needs of department and Company requirements.
• Effective cooperation inside department and with other departments of Operational Companies
• Guarantee of strict application of graphic rules on all materials where logo of the Company is used
• Work with documentation related to BD&M department, payment control
• Participation in other marketing projects in line with confirmed marketing plan
• Preparation articles, press releases and other information for companies web sites, brochures and leaflets.

Requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics.
• Minimum 1,5-2 years of experience in marketing, events management, communications, preferably in both B2B & B2C markets
• Ability to work in a team;
• Adaptation to change;
• Fluent in spoken and written Azeri,  English and Russian;
• MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, other graphic applications
