Job Responsibilities:

• Research, construction and improvement of all systems in the supply chain (Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Purchase Management System);
• Preparing the annual purchase plan;
• Analyzing Warehouse Processes, proposing appropriate solutions to faulty processes;
• Planning, organizing and controlling the implementation of new processes;
• Construction and improvement of warehouse system;
• Analyzing transport processes and designing ways to solve problems.
• Developing and managing effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers; preparing Master Lists of suppliers and service providers and regularly updating the supplier database based on supplier inquiries
• Customs clearance, preparation of export documents, purchase of certificates, export clearance;
• Implementation of logistics operations and control of logistics works;
• Establishing foreign economic relations, conducting official negotiations in the direction of attracting partners;
• Representation of the company at local and foreign events and meetings;
• Conducting negotiations with foreign companies regarding supply;
• Carrying out technical and financial analysis (comparative analysis) of suppliers and service providers; creating a document showing the comparison.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain or related field;
• More than 5 years of work experience in supply chain fields;
• Having knowledge of supply chain management;
• Have strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers;
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing at a perfect level in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Being ready for business trips to foreign countries;
• Having knowledge in the field of construction materials supply chain management (purchase, supply, customs) and logistics;

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Head Office (Luxen Plaza)
• Working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Rest: Saturday and Sunday.
• Lunch is provided by the company
• A corporate number is given
• Transportation costs (gasoline, depreciation) are paid by the company

Labor Fee:

• Competitive salary according to the labor market.
• The salary range is 3500-5000
• The offer varies depending on the knowledge and skills of the candidate.
