Job responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordination of the activities of the PR & Communications department in order to achieve the set goals;
  • Control over the development and implementation of the PR & Communications strategy of the company and brands;
  • Participation in the coordination of media budgets;
  • Participation in the preparation of trade marketing activities of brands;
  • Control over the preparation and implementation of media plans based on the marketing strategy (PR, Print, Digital, SMM, events, etc.);
  • Construction and implementation of Digital marketing (SEO, SMM, context, targeting, etc.);
  • Management of modernization and development of the company's own website - updating, support, promotion, etc.;
  • Managing the preparation of marketing materials, products and solutions from material collection to design with the design team (POSM, stands, etc.);
  • Monitoring the implementation of events to promote the company's brands and evaluate their effectiveness;
  • Participation in communications with brands to understand the media strategy and adapt it to the local market;
  • Interaction with the media (print, digital, influencers, etc.);
  • Managing the organization of interviews, press conferences and presentations;
  • Control of the organization of photo and video filming;
  • Interaction with partners and contractors (agencies, industries, etc.);
  • Control and analysis of the effectiveness of the use of media budgets;
  • Internal PR and company communications;
  • Participation in events important for the industry;
  • Preparation of semi-annual and annual reports on marketing and PR activities of the company and brands;
  • Preparation of financial statements;
  • Building a PR&Com team;
  • Goal setting and KPI for employees;
  • Training, development, adaptation and evaluation of employees.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Media planning skills;
  • Knowledge of digital communication;
  • Knowledge of PR communication;
  • Diplomacy;
  • Management skills;
  • Communication skills, stress resistance, multitasking;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
