Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. A Masters of Business Administration would be considered a plus.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years working in finance or accounting roles.
- Experience as lead finance resource for business or business unit.
- Strong knowledge in finance, accounting and reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong skill set in business management and organizational strategy.
- Experience with consulting and process improvement projects.
Desired Characteristics:
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to strategically partner with Business Leaders and work with cross-functional Teams on complex business initiatives
- Ability to deliver, while working under time pressure on multiple assignments
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy
- Strong leadership skills required
- A team player who can also work independently, and is a self-starter
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfort and experience with Senior Executives
- Demonstrated analytical strength and process mindset with ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly with limited over-sight
- Dedication to quality and process improvements
- Strong Project Management and Analytical Skills
- Ability & flexibility to work well with a diverse team
