• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidate must speak English Fluently ( no accent)
• Excellent searching and recruiting skills.

Job description:

• The specialist evaluates and post jobs in different recruitment channels , and sources good candidates from many platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed  and other websites. (Recruiter manager will train candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Source talented candidates.
• Provide recruiting support to leaders and professionals.  
• Good computer skills
• Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions
• Review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.

Working hours:

• We work EST hours 9 am – 3:30 PM ,
• Baku hours 17:00- 23:30

The work will be from the office, not remote.

Salary: Our Starting salary is AZN 500 plus bonus. ( you can earn up to 2000-3000 AZN Bonus)
