Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Experience in the relevant field  1 year;
  • High level of  MS Office competence;
  • Language skills (Azerbaijani, English - fluent)
  • Must have indicators such as responsibility, accuracy and reliability;
  • Teamwork and learning skills.

Job description:

  • Arrange and provide brifieng and background information all the meetings;
  • Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all level of seniority;
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures  Director’s  schedule is followed and respected;
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;
  • Very strong  interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internal and external partners;
  • Initiating corrective action when required.
