Laboratory Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the needed items, devices, reagents, solutions, etc. needed for the experiments, beforehand and control when students clean up after completing their work.
• Keep all three laboratories in order.
• Constantly monitor the equipment and reagents and inform about any changes needed.
• Be available in the laboratory, so if any student could not complete the work with the class, (s)he is able to do it the other day.
• Assist/control those experiments which take more that one lesson to complete.
• Provide all needed support to the teachers and the whole school in preparation for the science project contests.
• Help to supervise the students during the experiments – the classes are large enough and the students have mostly to get used to the experimental practices after joining the ADA School, so, from the safety point of view as well as for providing the needed guidance for each child, that’d be very good.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Science and Natural sciences in particular; 
• Excellent proficiency in English; 
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani language is a must. 
• Responsibility; 
• Good communication skills;
• Being able to work as a team member
