Education and Experience:

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HSE or equivalent from a reputed University.
• Candidate must be a Nationality of Azerbaijan.
• Candidate having 5+ years’ working experience in Power/Desalination Plants construction.
• Qualified in NEBOSH IGC/HSW international certificate or a national certification having HSE field of the same level.

General skill:

• Good communication skills having proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.

Job Requirement:

• Responsible to carry out HSE management and coordination in project and to set HSE team and confirm responsibility for everybody.
• Responsible to prepare HSE plan, security plan, HSE regulations and confirm HSE cost budget, also issue it based on the contract.
• Responsible to review and issue important HSE documents.
• Responsible to conduct and organize all internal and external HSE meetings also confirm the performance of each HSE engineer.
• Responsible to investigate and treat all accidents.
• Responsible to make HSE goals and conduct PM to sign HSE responsibility letter with key persons.
• Responsible to make communication with client and HSE consultant refer to HSE.
• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintain records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
• Responsible for arranging all resources related to HSE Implementation at all levels of Project
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of the environmental activities.
• Maximum age limit is 35 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.
