Job responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
  • Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals;
  • Requires solid sourcing, and candidate management experience;
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously for a demanding internal client and set appropriate expectations with them, while managing those commitments;
  • Identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media;
  • Filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation;
  • Attract best talent for a role;
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
  • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs;
  • Able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals; 
  • Ensure company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline;
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job;
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
