Job responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
- Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals;
- Requires solid sourcing, and candidate management experience;
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously for a demanding internal client and set appropriate expectations with them, while managing those commitments;
- Identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media;
- Filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation;
- Attract best talent for a role;
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs;
- Able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals;
- Ensure company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline;
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job;
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
