Roles and responsibilities:

  • To greet and register visitors arriving to the workshop and inform relevant employees about these visitors;
  • To manage document control, including purchasing documentation and contracts administration.
  • To receive and accordingly transfer telephone calls;
  • To assists HR Department with new hire onboarding at project site location and provide assistance when necessary;
  • To collect and prepare monthly timesheets appropriately and submit to HRD in a timely manner for payroll calculation
  • To track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • To produce documents and reports as requested by operational leaders.
  • To assist site management with administrative duties such as data entry/reporting, correspondence, managing the site calendar, managing project specific  employee timekeeping, and procurement
  • To perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management
  • To assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Education and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience on similar position.  
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluency in Azeri and English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, consistent and accurate reporting and formatting, team working.
  • Dynamic and creative, able to work on own initiative, strong in building relationships.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 – 17:00.
