Requirements:

• Have experience discovering vulnerabilities in web & mobile applications
• Have solid knowledge of most common web application vulnerabilities, like various injections, remote code execution, deserialization attacks, OWASP top 10, etc.
• Have in-depth knowledge of at least one popular programming language, like Python or JS
• Have basic knowledge in common security topics, like cryptography, Linux & networking administration, etc. 
• Ability to demonstrate participation in bug bounty programs or discovered vulnerabilities in a popular apps is a plus
• Be able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand manner
