Responsibilities:

  • Align / Define / Adapt the parts coverage plan identifying and targeting key decision makers and influencers at the customer (sites and head office).
  • Develop and execute a call and visit programme while maintaining and update the customer listing.
  • Become the customers prime source of information regarding BCA’s parts offering.
  • Update and inform the customers on their parts order status.
  • Proactively prepare and submit quotes and bids upon customer request as well a supporting target marketing programmes.
  • Assist in the development of Parts and Service Merchandising programs
  1. Using ideas resulting from field contact regarding Parts and Service Merchandising.
  2. Assistance is provided to the Parts, Service and Marketing Leader, in the attempt to conduct BCA customer meetings as needed.
  • Implement, execute and maintain continuous Machine and Undercarriage inspection programmes at sites e.g. utilising CTS, GET bone-yard analysis, filter cutting etc:
  1. Inspection Reports are completed and reviewed with the customer.
  2. When applicable, recommendations and quotations are submitted
  3. Follow-up is Maintained in an attempt to close the sale.
  • Competitive machines where feasible should be included targeting Filter, GET, U/C Conversions.
  • Close contact is maintained with the Branch Parts Manager to be continually aware of our inventory position, and new products which may be announced.
  • Assist with recommendations for adjustment as needed.
  • Follow up the realisation of sales. Process the order and organize parts delivery and payment.
  • Provide information about CSA to customers and achive the annual and monthly CSA budget.
  • Projected customers Parts requirements for inventory forecasting, Competitive Parts
  • Reports, MEP (Machine and Engine Population) data
  • Reporting is on time and complete.
  • Number of Reports submitted match target (SOS, CTS, Exchange programme, CPR’s etc).
  • Customer profile up to date and accurate.
  • Competitor Profile up to date and accurate.
  • Machine & Engine Population data current and accurate.
  • Track the projects within the territory that assigned and visit periodically, Track the customers machines in workshop.
  • All Lost sales of Parts or Services are reported to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Achievement of Parts and Service Sales Targets will be in line with population and activity.
  • Collect, analyse and provide market information, i.e. projected customers Parts requirements for inventory forecasting, Competitive Parts Reports, MEP (Machine and Engine Population).
  • Generate a call report after every customer visit/contact (call)
  • Copies of call reports are to be submitted within 48 hrs to Parts Manager and related managers if necessary.
  • Track competition and report lost sales.
  • Inform the new equipment/E&T unit sales opportunities to the Sales Department.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 3 years of work experience in sales, marketing or relevant role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, ability to operate independently.
  • Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
  • Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP knowledge).
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred.
