Procurement/Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Lead and coordinate tender preparation and submissions.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Support sales by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement and sales operations with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement and/or sales, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in tender preparation, submission, and contract management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English (Russian is desirable).
