We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Internal Audit team as Junior Internal Auditor or Internal Audit Specialist.
- Location: Sea Breeze Resort, Azerbaijan
- Department: Internal Audit
- Reports to: Internal Audit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within the audit team, sharing responsibilities and exchanging professional experience.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to identify deficiencies in control mechanisms, violations of legislation, and internal procedures/policies.
- Gather information on business processes and participate in process analysis.
- Perform audit procedures, including tests and interviews, to assess control mechanisms.
- Carry out data verification through testing methods.
- Document audit results in compliance with Internal Audit standards.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems and verify the application of accepted accounting procedures.
- Support senior staff in delivering assigned audit tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience (for Junior role); 2–3 years preferred (for Specialist role).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
- Proficiency in working with 1C software.
- International professional certificates (ACCA, CIA Part 1, CFE, etc.) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and data verification methods.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).

- Work Location: Sea Breeze Resort, Nardaran Settlement
- Work Schedule: 5-days work week (09:00 – 18:00)
