Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent qualification
- Exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude and confident telephone manner
- Previous experience in the Reception/Administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) tools
- Proficiency in communications in English, Azerbaijan and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
Job responsibilities include, not limited to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to their destination and placing outgoing calls.
- Meet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner; Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or meeting location
- To receive and register all incoming documents and letters and submit to the relevant departments of the Company
- Prepare official letters to state authorities/ partners/suppliers if required
- Organization of issues related to coordination of staff and guests travels including ticketing, flight reservations and hotel accommodation;
- Fulfillment of the works in compliance with the procedures and instructions.
- Additional tasks as requested will be done
