What you'll do:

  • Administrative support of Managing Director and Partner
  • Manage Outlook calendar: coordination and organization of business meetings – effective planning of the day
  • Arrange business travel (booking tickets and hotels, transfers, accounting reports)
  • Prepare project documentation (correspondence, requests for information, reports)
  • Ad-hoc requests and information search upon request
  • Prepare presentations and documents for business meetings
  • Keep track of prior scheduled appointments and issuing timely reminders accordingly
  • Handle paperwork (bills, expense reports)
  • Occasionally: handle private tasks

You're good at:

  • Client meetings organization, logistics, passes orders. Interaction with client representatives on behalf of respective manager
  • Internal meetings organization and preparation, including regular meetings on project (drawing up and monitoring meetings schedule, materials preparation and distribution)
  • Business trips of respective manager organization
  • Maintaining meetings minutes; preparation and providing reports on meetings and providing data to client
  • Maintaining telephone negotiations; maintaining calendar; installation of priorities, management and coordination of the daily schedule; preparation of reports; etc.
  • Participation in preparation of internal and client events, seminars, trainings

You bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • University degree
  • Relevant professional experience not less than 5 years on similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • Punctuality and attentiveness to details; Enthusiastic, stress resistant, mature personality and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English; Azeraijanese and Russian as a plus

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
