This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Handling all HR admin scope: personnel documentation on hiring, transfers, exits, vacations, sick leaves, etc.
  • Support external vendors processes (onboarding, contracting, closure)
  • Support student / internship programs from HR operations
  • Coordinating HR administration with local provider(s)
  • Support tender processes with HR information required

You're good at:

  • Deep Knowledge of labour legislation and practice within Azerbaijan
  • Knowledge of HR paperwork and administration

You bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR adminisration
  • Univesity degree in HR
  • Knowledge / experience of working with labor law in Azerbaijan; knowledge of other Caspian countries HR practices is a plus
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Language skills: fluent English and Azerbaijanese; knoweldge of Russian is a plus
