Cleaning/Housekeeping coordinator & Manager (Regional – Qusar)
Cleaning company based in northern region, in the Ski Resort, is looking for Cleaning and Housekeeping coordinator and manager who’s responsible for
 
•         To have the overall responsibility for the practical organization of the day to day
cleaning operation
•         In consultation with the Hotel manager, to identify the number of cleaning staff
required to maintain a clean environment w
•         To monitor stocks of cleaning equipment and materials in order that orders can be
placed on a timely basis.
•         To organize appropriate training for all cleaning staff (in cooperation with trainers)
•         To organise the workload of the team, ensuring an even distribution of work.
•         To order all cleaning materials required by the team, using agreed suppliers.     
•         To ensure that cleaning materials are used in a safe manner and are kept secure
•         Provide professional cleaning service
•         Must be able to analyze employees performance in the area of cleaning, identify cleaning gaps and provide advices and instructions to the team to improve performance to meet 5 star hotel requirements
•         Planning and directing the work activities of employees; assigning and monitoring work duties and responsibilities; establishing and modifying work methods, schedules, and priorities.
•         Interviewing job applicants and conducting performance evaluations of classified employees.
•         Recommending formal personnel actions (e.g., hiring, termination, promotion, discipline, layoff/recall) for assigned employees and initiating appropriate action to implement recommendations.
•         Communicating and enforcing policies and procedures; resolving problems; addressing employee concerns and complaints and adjusting grievances.
•         Monitoring and maintaining records of employees' work hours, overtime/compensatory time, sick leave, vacation, performance, and related information; authorizing time worked and recommending the approval/disapproval of leave requests.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  At least 3 years of Hotel experience (preferably in the managerial positions);
  Cleaning and/or Housekeeping experience (preferably but not required).
  Flexible to live in the region (Northern, mountain resort in Qusar)
  Leadership skills
  Good communicational skills
  Flexibility
  PC/Computer skills is a MUST
  English language speaking and intermediate level writing is a MUST
  Russian language at Intermediate/higher level
  University and/or College diploma is a must (Fields of: Human resources, Hospitality and Tourism, PR and Communications and/or other related).
