As a Cleaning Manager you will responsible for planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct. Determines and maintains the department work schedule used to notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event.

Requirements:

* Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to staff privacy
* Good problem solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives
* At least 2 years of public cleaning experience (preferably in the managerial positions)
* Leadership skills
* Good communicational skills
* Flexibility
* PC/Computer skills is a MUST
* English language speaking and advanced level writing is a MUST
* University and/or College diploma is a must (Fields of: Human resources, Hospitality and Tourism, Management and Communications and/or other related).
* Ability to make quick decisions and possess good judgment
* Ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
* Creative problem solving skills.
