To cope with our rapid business expansion, ZTE AZERBAIJAN Office is inviting high-caliber candidates to fill in the following positions.

 Key Account Director

Main Responsibilities
 To be responsible for assigned operators, with regards to account profitability/loss, customer satisfaction and future business sales development.
 Responsible for development of excellent strategic relationships between ZTE & all the customers.
 Develop relationship at the CXO level.
 Manage day to day operational & business development situations with all the customers, in line with ZTE values, providing direction & support and assisting with prioritization of activity in order to obtain improved business results and opportunities.
 Lead the team in ZTE Azerbaijan to develop business in Azerbaijan at the global level. Manage & Co-ordinate the work and activity of you & your team members to ensure they work to common strategic objectives.
 Resolve issues & problems through experience & by applying innovative & creative thought to evaluate the pros & cons before making judgments on the best possible alternative.
 Provide regular feedback to product line on changing market conditions viz. price, new products, new market competition etc.
 Window Interface between Customers & ZTE
 To report, review & monitor project status regularly -both internally & with the customer
 To present appropriate actions in coordination with all relevant departments so as to take corrective action to meet the targets
 To generate continuous growth in order bookings/sales and ensure optimal Customer Satisfaction & Service
 To establish short & long term Account Plan for the customers
 Represent ZTE at internal & external forums honorably.

Qualification

 Candidate must be degree educated or at equivalent level.
 Must have a minimum of 6 years sales experience within telecom industry, with track record with Swisscom, Sunrise etc.
 Must have the ability to motivate, manage and develop sales teams taking into account perspective of others
 Must be able to inspire others by demonstrating a model of excellence and consistent achievement
 Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse views and cultures, must speak Azerbaijan, Russian and English language fluently.
 Must have the ability to listen to customers needs (both internal & external), evaluate situation, project plan and follow up, achieve the final target.
 Must operate with integrity, openness, honesty and ethics
 Must come across as well presented and takes care of appearance.
