Position:
Engineer-developer

Responsibilities:
- Design/Develop simple web-based or custom desktop software applications relating to Avaya Voice Systems, Call/Contact Centers and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).
- Install and support various voice applications and platforms relating to Call/Contact Center environment.
- Install and support various CTI applications and platforms.
- Design/develop various reports in Call/Contact Center reporting and analysis systems.
- Design/develop various scripts and call handling scenarios of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) machines.
- Design and develop vendor specific applications.
- Prepare support documentation for developed applications and programs.
- Participate in on-call duty rotation that may require evening and weekend work

Skills requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 and *nix based operating systems.
- Knowledge of usual command line prompts of Red Hat Linux and Sun Solaris.
- Knowledge of VBA (Visual basic for application).
- Knowledge of C#
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008.

Qualification requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

Good knowledge of spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian
