Job Title: Microsoft Server Administrator

Unit: Specialized Engineers' Team

Reports to:  Manager of Specialized Engineers' Team

Position Type:  Full Time

Duration of contract:  Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop and implement solutions based on client needs and requirements.
- Work with project management to implement new projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems hardware and software issues.
- Communicate with vendors on any sort of unresolved issues.
- Monitor system availability, load, and system capacity
- Participate in on-call duty rotation that may require evening and weekend work

Skills requirements:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Family OS (Windows Server 2003/2008)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Family OS (Windows XP/Vista/7)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Servers (Exchange 2003/2007)
- Knowledge in network essential
- Storage technologies
- Backup principles and technologies
- Virtualization technologies
- Basic wireless technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework
