Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing and Communications or Advertising
- Experience in the position of PR Manager for 5-8 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- The ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Good in Azerbaijan, Russian, English is an advantage
- Advanced PC user
Job responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a favorable public image for the company by communicating programs, accomplishments and/or points of view.
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
- Creating and managing brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, etc
- Managing and sharing content with users on social media sites
- Develop advertising and marketing communications material
- Recommend ways to enhance the firm's image on the basis of trends
- Monitor social, economic, and political trends that might affect their organization
- Manage the public relation’s department budget
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Preparation of reports to the management on the work done;
