What are expected from the candidate:

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone as well as e-mail and direct them to relevant staff;
  • Provide administrative support including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms;
  • Greet and welcome visitors when they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and office;
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair and restock when necessary;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material;
  • Other duties relevant to role as assigned by the Line Manager.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related profession;
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or a Reception;
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
  • Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are must;
  • Professional customer service attitude and effective teamwork skills;
  • Multitasking and time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
