Duties:

  • Assist CEO in the enterprise set-up
  • Manage the correspondence, interviews and other communication as required
  • Manage non-core-business relations with suppliers
  • Ensure the office is run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ability to work in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint and other relevant software
  • Experience in HR is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Azerbaijani / English, Russian a plus but not mandatory
