The successful candidates should have the following knowledge and abilities:
- Language skills - Azeri, English and Russian
- Computer knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good communicator
- Attentiveness and accurateness with the hard documentation, as well as, with the electronic database
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Flexible and quick in responding within short notice period
- Self-motivated and determined
