Requirements:

• Higher education (higher technical education is preferred) - NEBOSH / IOSH certified
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Preference is given to those who speak Russian.
• Computer skills: fluency in MS Office, MS Excel programs.
• Preference will be given to those with at least 3 years of HSE experience
• Management skills
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Oral and written communication skills
• Preference is given to those who have passed BS ISO 45001-2018 and ISO 14001-2015 training courses.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the organization of the work of the department of health, labor protection, technical safety and environmental protection in the company and provides control over the work done.
• Develops measures to analyze and prevent the causes of industrial injuries and organizes and monitors their implementation.
• Checks and monitors the compliance of workplaces with sanitary and hygienic rules.
• Develops, organizes and monitors the implementation of comprehensive plans to improve working conditions.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of measures to prevent environmental pollution in structural units and production.
• Organizes instruction and testing of knowledge of workers, engineers and technicians on labor protection and safety;
• Carries out HSE knowledge testing of employees.
• Develops HSE guidelines for occupations and positions, as well as job types
• Keeps records of industrial accidents. Organizes and carries out investigation of accidents.
• Considers employees' applications, letters and complaints on labor protection and takes necessary measures within its authority, submits to the management on problem solving.
• In accordance with the existing form and rules, the State prepares statistical reports and submits them to the relevant places.
• Implements measures to create healthy and safe working conditions;
• Supervises the implementation of norms, rules and instructions for labor protection;
• Takes and monitors measures to ensure compliance with Legislative requirements in the field of environmental protection and environmental protection.

Salary: 2500-3000 AZN Net.
