Personal Assistant and Interpreter

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in area of Pedagogy, Linguistic or Management;
  • At least 3-5 years in the required field;
  • Fluent Azerbaijani/Russian/English speaking and writing skills;
  • Ability to work full-time;
  • Ability to create good communications.
  • Preference is given to candidates who have relevant job experience

Responsibilities:

  • Translating live and written material for a range of purposes, including during presentations to large audiences.
  • Solving a range of problems in a very outcomes-focused manner, driving things through to their conclusion.
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to the email
  • Answering calls and handling queries
  • Preparing correspondence on the Complex’s behalf
  • Managing the principal's electronic diary
  • Conducting research on the internet
  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
