 Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy for forecasting revenues with the most updated information;
  • Reviews market and analyzes market trends to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates;
  • Provides support, feedback and direction to sales force, including regular ride-alongs and mentoring sessions;
  • Creates and approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for sales of ancillary projects;
  • Providing complete, expert information to prospects via telephone and in-person tours, helping them to make the decision that best fits their needs;
  • Develops and analyzes weekly sales reports showing sales volume, goals, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer base expansion;
  • Responsible for managing channel marketing holistically and driving revenue growth across multiple channels;
  • Working in the CRM database to track leads from their source through tour to move-in and push out all sales and productivity reports;
  • Conducts research and development of new products to sell;
  • Develop and maintains relationships with and generates leads through resident and professional referral sources on a weekly basis;
  • Meet all expectations of budget;
  • Manage use of sales toolbox;
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive officer and Board of directors in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plan;
  • Record all sales and marketing traffic and submit reports to the Chief Executive officer;
  • Maintains and/or improves upon the sales and marketing level of the company in accordance with its marketing and business plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 5 years in a business to business sales environment;
  • Ability to leverage existing decision-maker relationships (Regional Manager and above) within the IT industry;
  • Ability to provide professional work relationships with many different personality types;
  • Business trips ability if required;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;

Working time: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Saturday/Sunday – weekend.

Monthly salary will be negotiated during the interview, depending on the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.
