JOB TITLE: Business Development & Marketing Specialist.
S&Q Mart was founded in 1991, as a development project of Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries with the technical support of FORCE Technology, a member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences. The primary aim of S&Q Mart is to support client organizations to develop methods to improve their productivity and profitability and become a technology and knowledge centre serving the needs of the society.
S&Q Mart Azerbaijan seeks to hire a creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial Business Development & Marketing Specialist.
The Business Development and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
* Help company grow and expand by reaching new customers and develop new business avenues for the company;
* Conduct intensive research pertaining to service development and product distribution;
* Assist the marketing department to develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media;
* Identity both online and offline, paid and free marketing opportunities to help raise our profile as a company and reach potential clients;
* Produce print marketing material, including presentation documents; brochures and other informational material; document templates, and case studies and reports;
* Draft client proposals, scopes of work, client service agreements, and other required documentation;
* Produce weekly reports of business and marketing efforts, making strategic recommendations on ways to improve and better integrate our overall marketing and business strategy;
* Manage S&Q Mart’s website, online marketing and social media efforts, refining and documenting current practices and introducing new, innovative strategies to promote our company online;
* Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
* Related Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree (MBA) desired, but not required;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and other business related activities required. Experience working for a social media or web technology startup is a plus;
* Demonstrated ability to juggle many tasks while producing consistently outstanding results in a rapidly-changing environment;
* Must possess excellent written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
Experience presenting or leading trainings for large and small groups is a plus.
* Ability to lead the company on the path of continuous improvement.
* Experience writing recommendations and estimating project costs;
* Must have strong work ethics;
* Ability to analyze and research well;
* Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages.
