ISO DEPARTMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST
S&Q Mart was founded as a development project of Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries with the technical support of FORCE Technology, a member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences. The primary aim of S&Q Mart is to support client organizations to develop methods to improve their productivity and profitability and become a technology and knowledge centre serving the needs of the society.
S&Q Mart Azerbaijan seeks to hire a creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial ISO Department Senior Specialist.
ISO Department Senior Specialist will be responsible for:
* Prepare and set up workflow procedures for ISO Department;
* Keeping in touch with Clients pertaining to identifying their needs and requirements;
* Preparing relevant Proposals and other required documents to Clients;
* Working on complex assignments in collaboration with various departments of Company;
* Assigning tasks to Department employees and managing all aspects of the projects related to setting up ISO Standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001) in client companies;
* Coordinating all above mentioned tasks with General Manager of Company for his approval;
* Perform other related duties, as assigned.
* Extensive auditing experience and preferably holder of a current IRCA (or equivalent) accredited audit qualification
Required Qualifications:
* Related Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired, but not required;
* Excellent and very detailed knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001);
* Minimum 5 years of ISO Auditor experience;
* Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
* Excellent writing skills;
* Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages;
* Ability to work under minimal supervision.
