JW Marriott Absheron Baku is currently hiring for: Assistant Restaurant Manager       
JOB SUMMARY:
Entry level management position that is responsible for the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and / or Room Service.  Position assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises Restaurants/Bars and Room Service Departments, where applicable.  Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.  Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in Management of Restaurant/Bar;
Conducting Day-to-Day Restaurant Operations;
Providing Exceptional Customer Service;
Building co-worker and Customer Relationships;
Generating Talent and Organizational Capability;Assisting in Human Resource Activities, such as Training & Development and Performance Management;
In absence of Restaurant manager, Assistant restaurant manager will be responsible for entire restaurant operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education 
Secondary Schooling/ diploma

Related Work Experience 
4 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area.

Languages 
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian as an asset.
