Job Description:

  • Greet all guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional, and courteous service.
  • Check in and check out spa guests efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with spa-related inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Manage spa appointment schedules using booking software.
  • Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with guests regarding their upcoming visits.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager promptly.
  • Stay informed about all spa services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Recommend and upsell treatments and products to guests based on their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Work closely with spa therapists, technicians, and other team members to provide a cohesive guest experience.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian); 
  • Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexible, guest oriented, hospitable, communicative, team-player with leadership skills;
