Job Description:
- Greet all guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional, and courteous service.
- Check in and check out spa guests efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with spa-related inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Manage spa appointment schedules using booking software.
- Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with guests regarding their upcoming visits.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager promptly.
- Stay informed about all spa services, treatments, and retail products.
- Recommend and upsell treatments and products to guests based on their needs and preferences.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Work closely with spa therapists, technicians, and other team members to provide a cohesive guest experience.
- Attend regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
- Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.;
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible, guest oriented, hospitable, communicative, team-player with leadership skills;
