DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of a strategy for promoting goods and communication with the target audience - doctors and cosmetologists.
• Formation and control of the implementation of the plan of marketing activities to build brand awareness and ensure the demand for goods.
• Market analysis: studying the range goods of competitors, the demand for competitive products and successful marketing campaigns aimed at the target audience - doctors and cosmetologists.
• Analysis of the target audience, compilation and management of the target audience base - doctors and cosmetologists.
• Together with the category managers, development of a motivation system and building loyalty of the target audience.
• Development and formulation of technical tasks for the production of advertising and printing products from a layout to a ready-made solution for use in medical promotion. Monitoring timely updates.
• Organization of the participation of representatives of the target audience in exhibitions and conferences held by partners.
• Organization of your own events for the target audience, preparation of the necessary materials and presentations.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of events and actions.
• Planning, ensuring and control of budget execution within the area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education - marketing, medical (desirable).
• Experience in medical marketing is required, experience with dermo-cosmetic brands is desirable.
• Skill in developing and maintaining a communication program with doctors (expertise in this area and a network of contacts).
• Experience in organizing and conducting medical events of various formats.
• Skill in market analysis and information gathering.
• Understanding the specifics and features of medical marketing.
• Ability to work with a large flow of tasks (work on several projects at the same time).
• Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
• Confident MS Office user.
• Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team.
