Requirements:

• Candidate must hold bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university
• Advanced writing skills of Azerbaijani, good writing/speaking/reading skills of English and Russian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible enough to manage the complexity of social media
• Needs to be able to write effectively and in the tone of the brand
• Minimum 2-year experience in digital as Social Media Manager or Community Manager
• Candidate should be digitally savvy and be able to keep up with each social network (Facebook and Instagram are mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Accurate, reliable and flexible
• Ability to work under pressure
• Time management and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand conversation calendar with the content inline with campaigns objectives (weekly/ monthly)
• Publish brands content according to the aligned with company conversation calendar (text, images, video)
• Work closely with company designer for content (images/ videos) creation & adaptation
• Interact well with the community online (respond to the comments and messages on Social Media pages immediately)
• Conduct social listening of brands and their competitors, analyze and make recommendations
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications;
• Come up with ideas & strategies on how to recruit more community members;
• Lead influencer marketing projects: qualitative analysis and efficient evaluation of influencers, briefing influencers on brand campaigns, modifying influencers brand content, Track develop influencers engagement social media activities, assessment of influencers campaigns & their reporting with recommendations
• Stay current in social media trends

• Schedule of work: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
