Finance Manager

Job description:

- Overview daily accounting matters, invoice and payment procedures
- Overview general accounting, tax and reporting issues
- Provide monthly reconciliation with explanation to Group Financial Controller and Group CFO
- Liasion with Project Managers in order to send monthly cash flow forecast to Treasury Department
- Cost Control for construction and operation business
- Overview and control of VAT input and outputs, withholding taxes and PTR
- Provide monthly closing process for all modules in Oracle
- Liasion with external auditors, tax and legal consultants, banks
- Responsible for timely processing of government based reports (statistics, SPF and etc.)

Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience, mostly gained in the similar indistries linked with construction and operation
- Knowledge of Oracle or other similar ERP system
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting
- Knowledge Local accounting, tax, IFRS standards is a must
- Knowledge of bank laws and procedures, tax law and custom duties is a must
- Excellent command of Azeri, Russian and English
- Excellent knowledge of  Excel, Word is a must
- Ready to work under pressure and to work overtime
- Coordination between local departments and head office
- University degree in Accounting, Finance
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified or partly qualified is an advantage


High proficiency in English is must.


Salary 2500-3200 AZN net depending on candidate.
