Job Description: "Madad Azerbaijan" Ltd. is looking for the officer who will lead monitoring and evaluation of the trainings within the project framework.

Requirements:
 
o Higher Education (preferably pedagogical);
o 23-40 years old;
o Fluent in Azeri language;
o Possession of computer skills;
o Experience in monitoring conduction;
o Communication and team-working skills;
o Willingness to work in office environment;
o Possession of math and logical skills;
o Accuracy during work;
o Ability to take regular trips to regions;
o Responsibility.

Main responsibilities:
 
o Conduction of monitoring in Baku and especially in other regions of Azerbaijan;
o Reporting the results of every monitoring to the management;
o Conduction of interviews;
o Conduction of surveys;
o Building monitoring strategy;
o Conduction of Focus Group Discussions
