Treasury Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Determine company’s funding needs and obtain funding support for projects;
• Prepare and execute all necessary documentation procedure for obtaining banking products – guarantees, loans, bonds;
• Conduct written and verbal communication with banks and respond to bank inquiries in timely manner;
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks;
• Prepare loan repayment schedule and ensure timely execution of principal and interest payments;
• Gather all necessary documents to open an account in a bank;
• Provide required information regarding initial analysis or monitoring conducted by banks and other financial institutions;
• Provide monthly report to Management about loan portfolio including loan balances, payment schedules etc.;
• Execute payments via corporate card;
• Deliver additional assigned tasks by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance / Economics
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in communications in English and Azerbaijani languages, both written and verbal, Russian is recommended;
• Knowledge in banking
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Organizational skills
• Strong team work skills
• Attention to details
