Sales & Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities:

•         Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment

•         Assists in the development of annual sales goals

•         Uses outside sales calls to generate new business from local  corporate

•         Conducts on-site client inspections and entertainment weekly

•         Contracts in-house guests to foster additional business, repeat  bookings

•         Increases sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing  and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel  marketing plan

•         Develops and plans special sales activities and promotions

•         Conducts market analysis to determine guests' needs, occupancy  potential, desired rates etc.

•         Prepares weekly sales call reports to Director of Sales  

Personal requirements:

•         Bachelor's degree preferably in Tourism and Hotel Management

•         Preferably experienced in a similar position hotel business but not a must

•         Excellent leadership and engagement skills

•         Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person

•         Good communication and social skills

•         Good team player

•         Flexible and co-operative

•         Active selling skills

•         Knowledge of the local market would be an asset

•         Fluency in Azeri, Russain and English

•         PC skills in MS Office Applications and Opera

•         No restriction to travel daily
