More specifically, the IT Admin Manager will support the following:
• Technical exams on preferred vendors
• Communicating with clients and providing in-person consultation / support
• Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Making recommendations to the technical specifications
• Finding optimal solutions for clients
• Managing and supporting team of sales managers
Required Skills and Abilities:
• At least 2 years of similar experience or in a technical role
• Quick to learn
• Knowledge of basic knowledge on Top infrastructure vendors
• Customer service skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani
Salary: 1000-1500 AZN
