Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.
The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC.
Civil Engineer
The duties will include (but not limited to):
• Check all the Civil designs prior to issue for Construction
• Coordinate all the civil design works with the Engineering company, machine suppliers and other parties involved
• Responsible for the adaptation of foreign designs to Local required standards
• Coordinate and implement all required civil design adaptation requested by other discip-lines as Electrical, Mechanic Engineer and other
• Coordinate Civil technical issues related to the contracts
• Supervise subcontractors` work
• Organize and prepare all the required documentation for the applications of the necessary permits, such as: building permit, state acceptance and commissioning and other construc-tion permits
• If required assists the Site Supervisor on the construction site, with Progress and Quality control of the works, especially during his absence or if required in off working hours, dur-ing ongoing construction works
• Other tasks required for this position
Requirements
• Educational Background: University Degree (Civil Engineering)
• Minimum practical experience – 5 years in Industrial Construction
• Fluent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian
• Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
