Key Responsibilities

• Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls;
• Determines purpose of calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department;
• Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel;
• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable;
• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information;
• Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications;
• Greets and assists visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel;
• Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required;
• Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, orders and maintains office supplies;
• Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;
• Develops and maintains a current and accurate filing system.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application;
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken), an excellent command of written and spoken Azerbaijani
• Professional personal presentation;
• Organizing and planning.
