Key Accountabilities:

• Processes and distributes as necessary all routine reports according to schedules and deadlines. Making reports as needed and assists HR staff with report generation and filters;
• Performing regular audits to verify authenticity and quality of data is maintained;
• Develops and maintains needed documents (e.g. user manuals, guidelines). Assist in the training of new HR staff on systems and related procedures;
• Participates in the development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing business requirements;
• Facilitating trainings on system updates and best practices;
• Updating and auditing employee data;
• Making and maintaining a variety of HR reports and ad hoc reports;
• Ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR and payroll data;
• Performing the day-to-day system administration tasks, such as troubleshooting system issues and providing resolutions;
• Controlling updates of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with new employee information, existing employee changes, terminations, salary and other changes.
• Support HRIS Management related duties as assigned;

Essential Education: Higher education, preferable in economics, finance, business administration;

Essential Criteria:

• 5 years of work experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role;
• 3 years of experience in related ERP system (SAP HCM, SF);
• Demonstrate high level of confidentiality while handling the organization or any employee's private information;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects;
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijan Labour and Tax Legislation;
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office Suite;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines.
