Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure that the contractor’s activities are in line with the project work schedule. 
• Ensure the work performed is in accordance with the drawings and specifications
• Check, contractors’ delivered material according to approved submittals and report to the MEP superintend. 
• Maintain detailed diary of daily work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operations, labour and equipment used and sign at the end of each day and report to the MEP superintend. 
• Coordinate with contractors’ team to advice on execution of the work, and following related with construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors’ team to arrange for sampling and testing of defective work and quality assurance of suspect materials
• Coordinate with surveyors to check line and levels in conformance with drawings and specifications
• Process request to inspect work forms and maintain record of status
• Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-built drawings as per site installation. 
• Maintain HSE requirements and report improper installation activities.

Essential Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• MA Degree might be preferable

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5-year experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Multifunctional building project experience
• Capable of using MS Office programs and AutoCAD 
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Desirable Criteria:

• Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, subordinate employees, co-workers, contractors
• Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements, such as code of conduct;
• Have a good understanding of health and safety rules
• Communicate and present in a professional manner, both written and verbally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure. Resilience, persistence and willingness to cope with rejection.
