Job purpose:

Provide 7*24 network alarm monitoring, first line fault diagnosis, Trouble Ticket and work order management (create/dispatch/close) to guarantee all alarms/incidents are handled with the responsding time of service level agreement.

Job description & reponsibilities:

• Network Alarm surveillance & control (24 * 7)
• Responsibility for availability, reliability and quality of the network services
• Trouble Ticket Management
• Event Notification
• Fault Isolation and Analysis
• Remote Fault Resolution
• Trouble Escalation
• Cooperation with Third Party Vendor Technical Support
• Fault Diagnostics Support
• On Site Emergency Support
• Fault Special Investigations Design the O&M report template (daily, Surveillance of the Operator network, 24x7)
• Respond to alarms within the prescribed SLA
• Create and close Trouble Tickets
• Provide first line diagnostics of alarm condition
• Escalate faults to Network Support (BO) if not resolved within the prescribed SLA
• Support the Customer Care technical help desk
• Maintain the Planned Events (PAR) and Permit to Work databases
• Initiate technical conference bridges during critical faults and record events and times
• Initiate requests for field support
         Event Management and Communication

Abilities and skills:

• Able to solve known problem
• Able to follow the problem handle process and state effectively.
• Familiar with the using of IT system for issue handling.
Have a certain level of statistical and data analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated Male candidates with engineering (preferable) education background
• Good knowledge of Russian and Azeri, English- intermediate
